Nextcloud

A file sharing service similar to Google Drive. Sync files with desktop and mobile apps, and share them by link.

File contents live in storage; user and sharing information lives in PostgreSQL. To restore you need both, and tidoly backup keeps each of them separately.

Allocate generous storage from the start. Size it to the amount of files you'll upload.

Paperless-ngx

Upload documents and it extracts the text and archives them so you can search by content. Scanned documents such as receipts and contracts are read with OCR as well.

Login integration (OAuth) is on by default. Click 회사 계정 (Company account) to sign in directly with your PaaS account (SSO).

After uploading, type a word into the search box on the 문서 (Documents) screen to find documents that contain it in the body, not just the title.

Redis is used for the OCR job queue.

To upload HWP · DOCX · XLS, connect Tika and Gotenberg in the connection items at install time. Without them, only PDFs and images are accepted.

Original documents and metadata (PostgreSQL) are covered by tidoly backup. The search index is not backed up; it is rebuilt after restore.
